The Construction uses the product - PEEK

A. CALIBRATION ASSEMBLY:  Inner glass and outer plastic housing with printed calibration paper   

       between housings.  Withstands up to 70 PSI. Comes stock with Gauge Guard (see page…20).

B.  INDICATOR DISC:  Red  HDPE plastic

C.  LOCK NUT:  Aluminum to hold calibration assembly in place.

D. VITON GASKET:  On which flanges on base of calibration assembly are firmly seated to  

      prevent leakage.

E. PVC PLASTIC BUSHING:  Type P-1.5 fits 1.5” standard npt tank flange.  Type P-2 fits standard 2” npt tank flange.  This is the only part of the gauge that differs between types P-1.5 and P-2.  Type 0.75” fits .075” standard npt tank flange.  (Float is smaller on this model)

F.  STANDARD ROD:  0.25 dia. Peek rod. (options-stainless steel)

G. PUSH ROD:  0.25 dia. Peek rod activates indicator disc by movement of float arm (I).

H.  PVC RIVETS:  Four pvc rivets. (options-stainless)

I. FLOAT ARM ASSEMBLY:  0.25” dia. Peek rod, including bracket (0.5”peek) and float rod,                   

      attached to standard, push rod, and plastic float. (options-stainless steel)

J.    PLASTIC FLOAT:  High density polyethelene float 1.125” dia. x 3.0” long. (options-3/4” float)

At-A-GLANCE Chemical Gauges are manufactured to fit specific tank depth dimensions, 17 inches to 110 inches.  Standard rod (F),  push rod (G), float arm assembly (I) are varied in length to provide correct operation of gauge.

Ordering Instructions—Part numbers are as follows: P-(size opening)-(depth of tank in inches). 

Example P-2-35”.  Gauge is also available in Barrel Gauge format (page…11) and 275 gallon format.
