How It Works
Multi-level magnetic level switches operate using a float containing a magnet that moves along a vertical stem as the liquid level changes. Inside the stem, sealed reed switches are positioned at predetermined levels. When the float reaches these points, the magnetic field activates the corresponding switch, sending a signal for alarm, pump control, or system monitoring. This design allows multiple level points to be detected within a single device, providing reliable and repeatable performance for fuel tanks and industrial applications.
